Cheap units in shared living space. A huge window, a toaster, and an iron were convenient. Amazing central location, short walk to royal exhibition. Also, in an almost central area-walking distance to a lot of shops...

It is very central and with good access to transport to the Sydney CBD.
It was right on Oxford Street which meant that it was rather noisy particularly on Friday night. There is smoking allowed on the roof and the smell comes down the stairwell.

Thought keeping the rooftop open 24/7 was a great idea and it was a fun place to escape to for drinks and a chat

The room I booked was clean though the bathroom was n't updated and available with windows at waist hight furnished with bar stools. The location was central, not far from the centre of Sydney, pubs and all and main road, and the train station, beautiful Hyde Park, and the leafy/trendy neighbourhoods of Surry Hills and Darlinghurst.

The Sydney Wattle Hotel was close to shops, and 10 mins walk from Museum Station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room had been renovated and modernised, but original windows & fireplace provided charm to the room.
We were only staying 1 night!

The location was excellent. The receptionist said the room we had booked was not available (Queen Room) so she said she would upgrade us to a King Room, My hubby and I thought Great!. There idea of an upgrade was a walk up 8 flights of stairs to the observation deck, it must have originally been a storage room. The room looked like a dingy old sleepout that looked discusting it was appalling. We have stayed in a lot of accommodation but this was by far the worse, and we dont always stay in 5 star. After complaining we were then given the family room which was a bit better but very grotty, the bath had a plastic bathmat in it which looked like it hadn't been taken out and cleaned for months. Gross!!!!
